Started Mounjaro 6 weeks ago at 215 lbs. Currently at 201 lbs. The appetite suppression is unreal — I have to remind myself to eat. Side effects have been mild, some nausea the day after injection but nothing unmanageable. Anyone else on 7.5mg noticing the same pace?
Mounjaro 7.5mg week 6 — down 14 lbs
I'm on week 8 at 7.5mg and down 16 lbs. Very similar experience. The nausea got better after week 3 for me.
Week 5 here, 11 lbs down. Agree on the appetite suppression — it's almost too effective. Make sure you're getting enough protein!
