Research-grade retatrutide — sourcing and testing

There are now several peptide vendors selling retatrutide for 'research purposes.' Has anyone sent these for third-party HPLC testing? I'm curious about purity and whether the triple agonist is stable in lyophilized form.

I sent a sample from a well-known vendor to a third-party lab. Purity came back at 98.2% by HPLC. Peptide mass spec matched. I was pleasantly surprised.

Be very careful. Retatrutide is a complex peptide and not all vendors have the synthesis down. I've seen COAs showing 85% purity with significant degradation products.

Thanks for the data points. I'll definitely get HPLC testing done before using anything.

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 10mg. The nausea peaked around week 29 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
