Started tirz 1 ago at 244 lbs, now at 248. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 5mg and thinking about going up to 7.5mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 7.5 makes a big difference.
