nurse_nancy — Hi all. 44, I work nights in a busy ER, so my sleep schedule is basically a suggestion at this point. Three kids, two still at home, plus a dog who thinks he's people. I started paying attention to my own health after a scare last fall and I'm here mostly to read what's actually working for people who aren't 25 anymore. I don't track much beyond how I feel and whether I can get through a shift without a nap in the parking lot. mike_h_52 — Hey. 52, HVAC guy, been lurking a couple months. Got on a GLP-1 in the spring after my A1c came back ugly two years running and I'm down about 30 pounds. Mostly I just want to be able to get up off the floor when my granddaughter asks me to play. I lift in the garage twice a week with a barbell I bought at a yard sale. Nothing fancy. Glad this place exists. sunday_roast — 33, third grade teacher, two kids under five. Honestly I'm tired all the time and I'm trying to figure out what's normal-tired and what's "something's off" tired. Not here for a program, just for company, and maybe to hear that other people's first few months were weird too. gravel_grinder — 27, bike messenger, so I'm on the bike six hours some days. Got into peptides after a knee injury last winter that never quite healed right. Still figuring out what's real and what's placebo, and I'd rather hear it from people who aren't selling anything. Longtime lurker, first post. quiet_carol — 58, retired from the post office two years ago, walk my dog three miles most mornings. Never been a gym person and never will be. My doctor brought up GLP-1s at my last visit and I'm here to read before I decide anything. Hi. nomore3pm — 41, software, two cats, married. The 3pm crash has been my whole personality for a decade. Six weeks in and it's better, not gone. I keep a paper notebook because apps make me crazy. That's it, that's my intro. ren_vet_tech — 26, vet tech (yes, I've heard the joke), night shifts, terrible food habits. Trying to get stronger rather than smaller, which feels like a strange thing to say in a weight loss forum. Everyone here seems nice though, so I figured I'd say hi. building_dave — 36, carpenter, dad of one. Knees and lower back are my main complaints and I'm mostly here for the injury-and-recovery side of things. Not much of a poster, more of a reader.

ApoB 118 to 92 in 16 weeks is solid. What changed most - diet, lifting, or the alcohol cut?

Alcohol cut dropped my RHR by week 4. HRV took longer, more like 10 to 12 weeks.

Same on alcohol. Sleep consistency mattered more than duration for me.

That RHR creep with better labs could be training load. Are you doing hard lifts close to bedtime? My HRV stayed flat until I moved sessions earlier and added one full rest day.

What's your weekly training load trend? If it jumped 20%, that can mask HRV gains.

I had almost identical numbers at 40: ApoB dropped, CRP down, HRV flat, RHR up 4-5 bpm. For me it was accumulated fatigue plus a mild cold I ignored. Tracking morning temp and subjective energy for two weeks showed the pattern. Not saying that's your case, but labs can improve while the nervous system is still catching up. I'd look at recovery, not just inputs. Maybe a deload week and see if HRV responds. Also check if your tracker changed wrist or algorithm. Mine updated and shifted baseline by 3 ms overnight.

Tracker algorithm updates are sneaky. My HRV dropped 5 ms after an app update with no habit change.

Did you take any sick days or travel in that window? My RHR spikes for 10 days after travel.

Honestly, HRV is noisy. ApoB and CRP moving is the win. I'd keep zone 2 and not chase the wearable number. If energy is good, maybe don't overfit.

What time d oyou train? Evening lifting pushed my RHR up 4 bpm until I switched to mornings.

Welcome. Since you asked what to track next: sleep stages are okay but not as actionable as bedtime consistency, morning temp, and session RPE. I'd log those for 3 weeks and compare against HRV 7-day rolling. Also, 9 lb down might mean you're in a deficit; that alone can suppress HRV for some people. If energy is stable, fine. If not, maybe maintenance calories for a bit. Curious what your sleep latency looks like - mine blows up when training load rises.

Prices on ghk-cu are all over the place right now — I keep seeing listings for comparable material that aren't even in the same ballpark as each other. Even once you normalize it per mg it doesn't get any more sensible. Same peptide, and the gap between the cheapest listings and the priciest ones is genuinely absurd. The spread is the real story here, not any one number, and honestly anything I quote would be stale by next week. If you're shopping, pull up live listings and compare before you commit. Anyone else tracking this?
