COA basics — what numbers should a beginner look at?

I've been seeing COAs posted but honestly didn't know what to look for. Spent some tmie researching. Key things: purity percentage (should be 98%+), method used (HPLC is standard), peptide content vs fillers, and whether it's third-party or in-house. Anything I'm missing? What red flags should I watch for?

I got my COA from the vendor but also sent a sample to an independent lab for verification. Both matched — 97.9% purity. If you're spending that much, the extra $50 for testing is worth it.

My A1C went from 9.0 to 5.6 in 6 months on tirz. My endo was shocked. The blood sugar control is honestly more important than the weight loss for me.

Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 11, 10mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
