Anyone messing with immune peptides while on a GLP-1?

I've been on semaglutide about 9 months, down 42 lbs, lifting 3x/week, sleep around 7 hours. Last winter I had two colds back-to-back in 6 weeks, which is unusual for me, and it got me reading more about immune peptides. Thymosin alpha-1 and LL-37 keep popping up, but in the trials they're mostly studied in specific patient groups, not general "stay healthy through winter" use. I'm wary because GLP-1s already slow gastric emptying, and I don't want to stack something that makes me feel worse or interacts. Curious if anyone here has tracked sick days, resting HR, or CRP alongside peptides, or if it's mostly noise. Not looking for dosing, just experiences. What made you try or avoid them?

Hey! Small-town pharmacy gal here. I haven’t tried immune peptides, mostly because my local pharmacist said those are pretty niche and insurance tends to look at them like a deer in headlights. What I did track last winter: sleep, resting HR, and protein. My resting HR was up a few beats for a while after starting, and my sleep was junk unless I ate enough during the day. I also got sniffly during weeks I pushed lifting and under-ate. Not saying that’s your deal, but have you compared your sick weeks to sleep/protein/training load? Curious if the back-to-back colds started before or after the GLP-1, or if this is your first winter down 42 lbs. That’s awesome, by the way.
