The telehealth quotes I'm seeing dropped again — $399/month range now with the coupon programs. imo, that's down from 899 last year. The competition between providers is finally doing something. What do you all think?
BPC-157 + TB-500 — my PT noticed before I told her
B12 lab check saved me months of guessing — my fatigue was deficiency, not the medication. tbh, if you're dragging, ask for the basic panel before assuming anything. What do you all think?
My take: i've been on compounded for over a year and haven't noticed any consistency issues. I think it depends on the pharmacy. Mine uses a PCAB-accredited lab. My experience differs a bit here — 3.

Documentation deep-dive for anyone new: the certificate number should match the batch on the vial, the lab name should be on the letterhead, and the purity figure should have the method listed (HPLC). tbh, if any of those three are missing, ask questions before ordering.

Same here! I had a very similar experience. The nausea eased off gradually over the fisrt stretch. Hang in there, it gets better. Anyone else seeing this?
