Chronic sinus flare-ups while losing weight — anyone else?

I’m 14 weeks into this and down 23 lbs, weighing daily and watching my 7-day average more than the daily number. This week the scale bounced up 0.6 lb, which used to spiral me, but the trend line is still heading down — just noise. The actual annoyance is sinus pressure: I’ve had congestion and post-nasal drip for almost 3 weeks, waking up stuffy, going through saline rinses and a humidifier like it’s my job. I used to get maybe one or two sinus flare-ups each winter; this one is just lingering. I’m not asking for dosing or medical advice, just curious if anyone else in GLP-1 world has noticed more sinus junk, or if it’s just dry air and toddler germs. If you’ve dealt with this, what daily habits helped you stay calm and not let the scale + sinus noise derail you?

Hey, small-town pharmacy regular here too. I’m about 12 weeks in and down 18, and my sinuses have been so weird — mostly that 5 a.m. stuffy wake-up. The only new thing I can tie it to is night sweats making me crack the window, plus the heat kicking on and drying everything out. Do you use a humidifier or have you changed your sleep setup since losing weight? My husband dropped 25 lbs a while back and his old CPAP mask started leaking, which made him wake up congested — not saying that’s you, just curious if sleep gear is a variable. The scale noise I can ignore; this sinus crud is what’s annoying.
