Every acronym got a column and my averages shrugged

I opened a fresh tab Sunday intending to sort out which name goes with which pathway, because I keep nodding along in threads and then forgetting by dinner. Ended up with 14 columns, 9 of them acronyms, and 6 rows I couldn't fill without guessing. Left them blank rather than half-right.

Here's the annoying part. My three oldest columns — protein grams, sleep hours, waist at the navel — are the only ones that actually move together. Waist down 4.5 cm since Feb 3. Protein average up 22 g/day. Sleep pinned at 6h20m no matter what I do. When I sort the sheet by any acronym column, the month looks identical. Sort by sleep and the entire month reshuffles.

So the tab I built to feel informed mostly taught me that the boring columns are carrying the whole experiment, and the interesting ones are just decoration with nice names. Mildly humbling for a person who owns a label maker.

Anyone else notice their least exciting tracked thing is the only one with any explanatory power?
