Hormone chatter keeps landing in my feed

I’m a daily weigher who lives by the 10-day trend, and I’ve been on a GLP-1 for about 14 months. Lately my feed is full of testosterone talk — peptides, stacks, labs, all of it. I get the appeal: I’m 43, lifting twice a week, sleep is okay-ish, energy is fine but not amazing. My trend line is down 0.6 lb this month, which is boring in the best way. Still, I catch myself wondering if I’m ignoring something real. For anyone who has been here: did you just ask for basic hormone labs through your regular doctor, or did you decide the internet chatter wasn’t worth the mental load? I’m trying to stay data-calm and not turn every slightly flat morning into a new protocol. Encouragement and personal experience welcome — no dosing talk, please.
