Honestly, after our youngest moved out, I started walking the neighborhood loop at 7 p.m. and actually cooking again instead of grazing over the sink. The forums are helpful, but peptide abbreviations make me feel like I skipped a semester. So I started a small index card in the kitchen drawer: one column for the term, one for what I think it means, one for questions to ask my doctor. No doses or protocols, just my own translation layer. Last week I added BPC after seeing it pop up in three threads, then realized I still don't know if it belongs anywhere near my situation. It's oddly calming to have a place for the confusion. For those farther along, did a simple notebook help you sort the noise, or did it just give you one more thing to maintain?
