Nasal peptide sleep claims: where is the human data?

I keep seeing nasal peptide sprays pitched for deeper sleep, and I can't tell if I'm missing a real evidence base or just watching clever marketing. I've had a GLP-1 help my weight, so I'm not reflexively anti-peptide. But my own tracker over 14 months is stubborn: 7h 10m average, and wake-after-sleep-onset jumps from about 18 to 38 minutes when I eat late or scroll in bed. That makes me suspicious of any spray that promises a dramatic sleep fix without baseline data. For those who've looked into this: what human studies actually exist for intranasal peptides and sleep? Were outcomes measured with polysomnography, actigraphy, or just questionnaires? Any reported nasal irritation or next-day grogginess? I'm not asking for dosing or purchasing info, just trying to separate mechanism from hype. What sources would you trust here, and what would make you discount the whole category?
