The calculator was never going to answer my real question

I spent an evening with a peptide calculator trying to make the numbers line up, and then realized it was answering a question I do not actually need answered. What I need is a weekly average and a few honest signals. My Sunday sheet now tracks average weight, sleep hours, and whether I got two walks in. Last four Sundays: 201.4, 200.8, 200.1, 199.7. That gentle slope tells me more than any single daily number. It also reminds me that feeling steady is data too. I am not against math; I just want the math to serve the week I am living. If you track weekly averages, what else do you put beside them so the number stays useful and kind?
