My stop line lives in column F, not the scale

I track daily weight, a 7-day median, waist at the navel, sleep hours, and an evening hunger score from 1 to 10. At 166.4, my 30-day trend had been flat within 0.3 lb, which sounds like a finish line. But the hunger column had climbed from 3 to 6 over 21 days, and I was doing math on the pantry at 9pm. Meanwhile my lifting log was still adding 5 lb to squats every couple weeks, so the scale clearly was not telling the whole story. I called it enough when the behavior sheet looked livable for four straight weeks, not when the BMI cell finally turned green. Slightly contrarian take: a lower number with worse recovery and louder food noise is not a win. If your spreadsheet had to pick the stop line, which column gets the veto?
