Started mid-February, down 34 lbs as of this morning (SW 241, CW 207). The number I actually care about: I did 40 minutes at the park last weekend without sitting down once. Before, I was the dad on the bench checking my phone every 10 minutes while my 6-year-old kept asking why I wasn't playing.
Also been tracking monthly cost like a hawk. Was paying about $310/month out of pocket at one pharmacy, switched to a mail option and it's closer to $190 — same thing, just slower shipping (5-6 days vs same-day pickup). Worth it for me.
Side stuff: same breakfast every day (Greek yogurt, 2 eggs), 3-mile walks on weekdays, everything logged in a spreadsheet because I'm that person. Down two pants sizes, 38 to 34.
Not trying to be dramatic — it's just nice to be tired for good reasons at bedtime instead of bad ones.
Anyone else notice their grocery bill changed more than their prescription cost did? Mine dropped maybe $80/month just from not ordering takeout.
