My spring blood draw had two weird little notes

Honestly, i am not a numbers person, but I keep the paper report clipped to the fridge anyway. I have been on a GLP-1 since last August and I am down 31 pounds, so my 6-month check felt pretty routine. My A1c came down from 5.9 to 5.4, which made my nurse practitioner smile. The odd part was my ferritin came back low. I figured all the protein and spinach I have been eating would keep that sort of thing fine. Also my insurance changed the lab benefit in January, so I called the little pharmacy in town twice to make sure the draw was covered. The pharmacist there is a saint. Now I am just paying more attention to iron-rich foods and waiting for the next draw. Did anyone else have one number improve while another went sideways? I am trying not to spiral, mostly curious.
