New to reta and confused about where to start. I've seen everything from people starting tiny and titrating slow, to others jumping straight to what seems like a lot. Not looking for medical advice — just want to understand the ranges people here actually use and how you decided your schedule. What did your first month look like?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 7.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 21 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
Yes! I noticed the exact same thing. Switched from sema to tirz and the difference in side effects was night and day. Tirz is much smoother for me.
