I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 52 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
Reta reconstitution ratio and injection timing — tips?
I could have written this post. Down 47 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 7.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 28 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
Switching to reta after a year on tirz and reconstitution is the part I keep second-guessing. How much bacteriostatic water do you run per vial so the dosing math stays simple? I've seen 2ml and 3ml both recommended. Second question: does injection timing make any real difference? I keep reading it's personal preference, but I'd rather hear from people who've actually experimented with morning vs evening.
Which telehealth provider are you using? I've been thinking about switching. My current one is slow to respond.
Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 27, 2.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
Same! Week 29 and feeling the same.
Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 14, 2.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
