12 months on retta. Good: excellent appetite suppression, more energy than tirz, steady weight loss. Bad: occasional heart palpitations (could be unrelated), thirst is insane, and some hair thinning. Anyone else experiencing the palpitations? My BP is normal but it's concerning.

This is so relatable. I'm on week 6 and feeling the same way. The food noise disappearing was the most surprising part for me too. I didn't even know I had it until it was gone.
I use 29g needles. The thinner the better for subq. Barely feel it. Brand-wise I like BD Ultra-Fine. They're a bit more expensive but worth it.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 7 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.

I could have written this post. Down 27 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 27 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
