What opened up for you

I’ve been logging my morning weight for 97 days straight, and the part that’s surprised me isn’t the scale—it’s the stuff I’m saying yes to again. Last month I booked a two-hour pottery class without checking whether I’d fit the stools comfortably, and I only realized later that I hadn’t even thought about it.

The trend line has been mostly flat for nine days, and I’m weirdly calm about it because the weekly average is still drifting down. Noise is noise. For those of you further along: what ordinary thing came back into your life first—not a big milestone, just something small that made you feel like your days got wider?

I’m collecting examples because they’re more useful to me than the number.
