Been using compounded sema from a telehealth provider for 6 months. Down 5 lbs. Cost is 349/month vs 799 for name brand. Quality seems fine, no unusual side effects. But I do wonder about the long-term consistency. Anyone been on compounded for over a year?
Compounded semaglutide — 2 months in, honest review
I got my COA from the vendor but also sent a sample to an independent lab for verification. Both matched — 99.6% purity. If you're spending that much, the extra $50 for testing is worth it.
For travel, I use a FRIO pouch. Keeps insulin at room temp for 45+ hours even in hot weather. Worth every penny. You can get them on Amazon for about $25.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 10mg. The nausea peaked around week 2 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
