My 4 a.m. meal is yogurt now, not gas station food

I work 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. three nights a week. For years I ate drive-thru on the way home, then slept like crap. Down 44 pounds since last fall. Nothing fancy. I eat before my shift, pack yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, and a thermos of soup. At 4 a.m. I drink water or black coffee. On breaks I walk the parking lot, even when I hate it. Sleep still sucks. I just stopped using it as a reason to eat junk. The scale moves slow. Some weeks it doesn't. But I can get through a shift without my knees aching. That's enough for now. Anyone else on nights? What do you eat at 3 or 4 a.m. that doesn't leave you wrecked?

Fellow airport looper here. The 4 a.m. yogurt beats gas station taquitos by a mile. When I’m traveling, I pack instant miso soup packets and a collapsible bowl—hot water from the hotel lobby coffee station at 4 a.m. feels weirdly luxurious and gives me something savory so I’m not hunting chips. I also do laps around whatever terminal or hallway is open, even when I look like a raccoon on espresso. On night-shift weeks I split sleep into two chunks instead of one big block, and that helped me feel less like a TSA zombie. What kind of soup do you thermos? I need new ideas.
