My old wedding band slid back on this morning

I didn't plan it. I was digging for a hair tie in the little dish by the bed and there it was, the band I had cut off years ago when my hands were swollen and I was too embarrassed to ask anyone to help me get it over my knuckle. I've been at this since February, about 31 weeks, and I'm down 38 pounds. The scale has been polite but not dramatic. What I notice is smaller: I can leave half a scone on the plate at work, I can walk past the broken cookie tray without a detour, and I actually sit down for lunch. This morning the ring went on. Not loose, not tight. Just on. I cried in the bathroom for a minute, then washed my hands and went back to the lunch rush. Anyone else have a thing from before that suddenly came back? Not a measurement, just some object that remembered you.
