Two kids, dinner is chaos. I’m on a GLP-1, and the three days before my period are a different country. Last cycle I ate standing up while packing lunches—handful of crackers, half a string cheese, then wondered why I felt gross. Not a huge binge, just old habits creeping back. What helped: I made a period-week drawer with shelf-stable stuff I actually like—roasted chickpeas, mini dark chocolate, electrolyte packets, apple sauce pouches from the kids’ stash (sorry). I also put a sticky note on the fridge that says 'sit down for 5 minutes.' Sounds dumb but it cut the mindless bites. My cycle itself has been pretty regular, maybe one day heavier, and cramps are about the same. Anyone else notice the week before their period feels louder on this med? Or found a snack that doesn’t leave you feeling blah?
