Postpartum maintenance is mostly a logistics problem for me

Honestly, i hit my goal in spring 2023, paused treatment while pregnant, and now I’m five months postpartum trying to hold maintenance together. The hard part isn’t hunger; it’s that my old routine assumed I could leave the house alone. These days my concrete win is ten minutes of stroller walking after the morning feed and a protein-heavy breakfast before I touch my phone. Some weeks that’s all I get, and my weight has stayed within a three-pound range anyway. I’m learning that maintenance postpartum has more to do with sleep, hands-free time, and not treating every chaotic day as proof I’ve failed. For those who’ve been here: what did you protect first when your routine got rewritten?
