Since gallbladder surgery, my fullness cues feel like a new language

I’m eight months past gallbladder surgery and still learning its grammar. I’m on a GLP-1 too, so I can’t untangle what’s surgery and what’s medication, but the cues feel different. Before, a richer dinner might mean a heavy feeling later, yet I could mostly predict it. Now I get a soft pinch under my right ribs, then fullness arrives before I’ve finished what used to be a normal portion. Last Tuesday I made a small plate of salmon, rice, and roasted zucchini, ate maybe two-thirds, and felt done in a way that was oddly calm rather than restrictive. The next morning my appetite was absent until almost noon. I’m not looking for a fix, just trying to map the new pattern. For those further out, did your cues become more predictable over time, or did you build a different set of habits around fat, fiber, and timing? I’d love to hear what felt gentle and sustainable.
