I keep a daily 1–5 hunger/craving score in the same spreadsheet as weight and protein. For 14 weeks my craving average sat around 1.8; this past 10 days it's 3.4. That's basically my old baseline. I braced for the scale to jump, but my 7-day weight average is flat and my 28-day slope is still -0.22 lb/week. I'm eating about the same: 1,780–1,850 kcal, 135g protein, 30g fiber. The difference is mental — I have to decide to stop instead of forgetting to eat. My mildly contrarian take: appetite returning isn't automatically a failure signal. I don't love it, but the trendline is more persuasive than my anxiety. Anyone else seen the internal snack chatter return while the weight trend stayed boring?
Snack static came back and my trendline barely blinked
