Stopped in spring and my ten-day average is flat

I stopped in early April after about a year on semaglutide. I still weigh every morning because the ritual keeps me honest, but I only care about the 10-day average. The first month off, the scale jumped 3.8 lbs in four days when we had family visiting. My average moved 0.4 lbs. That made the noise feel less personal. The surprise: hunger came back, but not as a tidal wave — more like a radio in another room. I'm using the same habits I built: protein at breakfast, a walk after lunch, and a hard stop on kitchen wandering after 8. I'm not declaring victory. I'm just noting that maintenance after stopping can look boring, and boring is kind of the goal. Anyone else find the post-med average more useful than the daily number?
