How warm is too warm for my closet shelf

short milestone list from a sticky-weather week.

Good: I put a cheap thermometer on the closet shelf where I keep my unopened bacteriostatic water and supplies. Three afternoon reads hit 79°F, so I moved everything to a lower cabinet and stopped guessing.

Bad: I'd been saying room temperature like my room was average. It isn't in July. Also my scale bounced 1.6 lb after salty soup, and I just let that be noise.

Numbers: closet shelf high 79°F, lower cabinet high 72°F, three checks, five-day weight trend still boringly flat. That last part is the win.

What actual room temp makes you rethink your storage spot? I'm keeping my trend line calm and my supplies somewhere cooler.
