Crossed my legs on the bus without thinking twice

I’m sixteen weeks back at this after losing 60, regaining 35, and spending a year avoiding mirrors. The scale is down 21 from my restart high, but it hasn’t been the thing that got me. Yesterday, on the bus, I crossed my legs without shifting around or holding my breath. Just did it. Then I sat there like, wait, when did that become possible again? I’m not where I was, and I’m trying not to make this bigger than it is. But it felt like my body quietly caught up to the effort before my brain did. For those further along: what ordinary movement showed up for you before the scale made sense?
