Did anyone check muscle mass after a very large loss?

I’m 19 months in, down 96 lb from 257 to 161. The scale part has been steady, but those very large-loss posts make me curious aout what’s underneath the weight change. I have a DEXA from before I started and one from last month: fat mass fell a lot, and lean mass also dropped some, though less than I feared. I’m not asking for a protocol or anything medical, just whether others have data. Did you get a scan, InBody, or even waist/strength markers before and after a big loss? If yes, did the lean-mass number actually change what you focused on — protein, lifting, sleep, whatever — or did you just keep doing what was working? I’m trying to separate hype from useful feedback, and personal experiences would help.
