Down 8 pounds since New Year. No hype. I weigh in Tuesday at 4 p.m. before my first shift. Same scale, same spot. Sleep is garbage some weeks, so the number is slow. Fine. The one thing that helped: I stopped grazing through my overnight shift. I pack a real meal before I leave the house. Chicken, rice, frozen vegetables. Eat it at my usual break. Then nothing until mornings. When I get home at 7, I have eggs and toast, then sleep. Keeps me from inhaling cereal at noon. I also walk 15 minutes after work. That's it. Not optimized. Just repeatable. Anyone else have a night-shift meal that doesn't wreck their sleep?
