First GLP-1 week meets a three-city hotel stretch

I pick up my first box tomorrow, then immediately head out for a three-city work loop. So my prep is less 'meal plan' and more 'what can survive a duffel bag and a hotel mini-fridge.' Current stash: protein shakes, instant oatmeal packets, apples that may or may not get bruised, and a shaker I keep forgetting to rinse. Last trip I ate gas-station jerky for dinner twice, so I am trying to be slightly less chaotic this time. The part I’m curious about is the boredom window between hotel breakfast and a late client dinner—that’s when I usually wander. For the road warriors here, what’s one travel-friendly thing you set up in your room before the day goes sideways?

Night shift here. Ditch the shaker. It’s the weak link. Buy two cheap ones and rinse before you shower, not after. Hotel mini-fridges barely cool. Use the ice bucket: ziplock of yogurt/string cheese buried in ice. Pack tuna pouches, jerky, clementines. Apples bruise, clementines don’t. Oatmeal: run water through the coffee maker first or ask front desk for hot water. I track protein and fluids only that first week, not every bite. Keeps it sane. Are you flying or driving? If flying, powder gets flagged.
