Fourteen months later, my resting heart rate is the headline

I crossed into maintenance 14 months ago after a 150-lb loss. My weekly average has stayed inside a 3-lb window since then, which is honestly the least dramatic part. What changed: resting HR from low 80s to low 60s, better fasting glucose, and I can do a full grocery run plus stairs without needing a pause. In the trials, the weight graph gets the attention, but the downstream stuff seems to keep remodeling for a while. I still catch myself wanting a victory number every week. For those further out, did your non-scale metrics keep improving after the first year at goal, or did things plateau there too?
