Maintenance is a logistics job with hotel fridges

Honestly, i travel about 20 nights a month, so my food plan mostly happens in hotel rooms and grocery stores near whatever conference center I'm at. At my heaviest I was 252; I've been hanging around 151 for the last seven months. Losing had a scoreboard. Keeping it off feels more like keeping a houseplant alive in a different zip code every week.

My routine: first stop after check-in is a grocery run. Rotisserie chicken, bagged salad, microwave rice, Greek yogurt, berries, string cheese. I pack a fork and a small bowl because takeout containers make portions look like a joke. Most nights I do 15 minutes in the hotel stairwell before opening my laptop. It's not heroic, but it kills the drive-thru reflex.

Mild frustration: hotel scales are liars. I weigh at home on my own scale and otherwise go by how my rings fit and whether I can do the stairs without sounding like a haunted accordion. Anyone else treat maintenance like a part-time logistics job?
