Night shift, flat scale, and stairs that stopped wrecking me

ngl i work nights. Down 143 lb. Hit goal 13 months ago. Scale sits between 176 and 179. That’s it. No hype. But the body kept moving. Resting heart rate down 12. I can haul freight up the warehouse stairs and still talk. Before, I needed a minute at the top. Sleep is less trash. Appetite is quieter at 3am. I lift two days a week before my shift, walk on break. That’s the whole routine. The weird part: I still check the scale daily. It tells me almost nothing now. My log has weight, steps, and how I feel after shifts. The feel column is the useful one. Anyone else past goal with a boring scale but obvious body changes? What do you track besides weight?
