Two years on a GLP-1. Prior auth, appointments, all of it. Then my refill hit and the pharmacy said not covered anymore. New criteria I don't meet. I work nights, 7p-7a, so I'm not spending my sleep hours on hold. I ran the numbers. Groceries are down about $90/week, so I can float it for a month or two. But I'm mad. I did the paperwork. Anyone been through a mid-year formulary cut? Did an appeal work, or did you wait for open enrollment?
