Honestly, i’m hoping for a little perspective from anyone who has navigated gallbladder worries while losing weight. I’m 16 weeks into this chapter, down 27 pounds, weekly average about 1.7. I track weight in a spreadsheet and log meals loosely. Over the past ten days, I’ve had a few evenings with a dull ache under my right ribs after heavier meals, plus some queasiness. It has passed each time, and I already have my annual physical scheduled. I’m not asking anyone here to diagnose or advise on treatment. I’m mainly wondering how to describe this clearly to my clinician without sounding either dramatic or dismissive. Did you keep a symptom log? Bring questions? Mention specific meals? I’d be grateful for gentle experience-sharing, not medical guidance. Thank you.
Right-side twinges before my annual physical: what should I bring up?
