Taking a quieter season after leaning on this forum

Tbh i have been posting my Sunday averages here for the better part of a year. The habit has been grounding: one number, one note about sleep, and one sentence about how meals felt. Lately, my weekly averages have held in a narrow band for four months, and I am noticing that I check in from routine more than need. I do not want to disappear dramatically or pretend I have graduated from anything. I simply want to make a little more room for the rest of my life while keeping the lessons I learned here. This community taught me to look at trends instead of single days, to be kinder to myself after a high-salt dinner, and to ask for help before I spiral. I will miss the Wednesday check-ins and the careful replies most. If you have stepped back from a support space without losing the good parts, how did you do it? I would be grateful for your perspective.
