Ten weeks of tracking, nine pounds down, and the honest answer is: easier isn’t the same as easy. Hunger is quieter, which helps.
But dinner is still three different plates and someone always leaves half a waffle on the counter. My snack drawer got a reset: cut carrots, string cheese, roasted chickpeas up front; the kids’ fruit snacks in an opaque bin I don’t open.
I eat standing up less if I plate my own food before I call them. The med didn’t fix my evenings; it just made my default choices matter more.
Anyone else find the “easy” part is mostly prep, not willpower?
