The med quiets portions, but my Saturday choices still count

I’m not here to claim I beat the medication. More like I found its blind spot: me, unsupervised, near a movie theater. I lift four days a week, keep protein around 160g, and sleep is usually 7–8 hours. Weekdays are boring and consistent. Then Saturday hits: popcorn, a restaurant plate, two beers, and somehow I’m still grazing at 10 p.m. The medication doesn’t stop me from eating past full; it just makes the first few bites feel more optional. The scale hasn’t moved much in three weeks, but my waist tape is up a quarter inch, so I’m calling that a data point, not a mystery. I’m trying to separate “appetite is quieter” from “decisions are automatic.” Anyone else notice the med changes how much you eat before it changes what you eat?
