Last month I stayed three nights in a hotel for a family thing, and I packed my own mini-fridge kit: two Greek yogurts, a bag of baby carrots, string cheese, and one protein shake for the morning. In the past, that fridge would've held leftover takeout and a big soda, and I'd have finished both while half-watching TV. This trip, I ate dinner out wth everyone, came back, and had yogurt because it actually sounded good. I noticed I wasn't negotiating with myself at 9 p.m. - I was just done. The only weird moment was breakfast; the lobby spread felt overwhelming, so I took my shake upstairs. I'm curious, do you pack easy snacks for travel, or do you let hunger cues lead and figure it out there?
