I have two kids and our afternoons are a small riot. The snack drawer was my downfall: I’d open it for them and eat a handful of crackers, then another while doing dishes. Last month I added a small bin on the left just for me — pre-portioned cheese sticks, almonds, and cut grapes — and told the kids the right side is theirs. Sounds silly, but it cut my standing-up grazing way down. I’m down 17 lbs since February, and dinner is less frantic because I’m actually hungry instead of half-full from their snacks. Anyone ese have a snack-drawer rule that stuck?
