I’m trying not to make this milestone bigger than it is, but my brain keeps doing math. I’m 2.4 pounds away from the first goal I wrote down back in January, and the last couple weeks have been mostly unchanged.
My habits are boring in a good way: a 20-minute walk after dinner, protein at breakfast, and a mug of tea when the kitchen starts calling at 9. Small win: I meal-prepped four lunches on Sunday instead of waiting until I was already hungry.
I know the scale isn’t the whole story, and I’ve been trying to notice energy and mood too. But I’d love to hear how you all handle the final stretch before a milestone.
Do you change anything, or just keep your routine steady and let it come?
