Two years at goal taught me which habits actually stuck

I hit my target around month fourteen and have been holding inside a few pounds since. The part nobody warned me about: maintenance is mostly boring logistics. I still weigh food on weekdays, still walk the same two-mile loop after dinner, still keep a protein shake in the work fridge for the days lunch falls apart. None of it feels dramatic anymore, which I've decided is a feature.

The one change that helped: I stopped tracking daily and switched to a weekly average. The daily number was making me twitchy over nothing, and the weekly one is steadier and leaves room for a normal Saturday.

For the people further along in maintenance, did your routine shrink over time, or did it grow in ways you didn't expect?
