Which bloodwork changes did you actually notice beyond weight?

I’m not trying to dunk on anyone’s enthusiasm, but I’m drowning in claims about peptides, supplements, and “metabolic repair.” My own data: started at 231 lb in January, now 204. Fasting glucose dropped from 108 to 94, A1c 5.9 to 5.5, triglycerides down about 40 points. HDL basically unchanged. I lift two mornings a week, walk 20 minutes after dinner most nights, and track protein loosely. My NP attributes most of the lab change to weight loss and consistency, not any add-on. For those who’ve been at this a while: which markers actually moved for you, over what timeframe, and did you have pre/post labs? If you mention a study, can you share the citation or at least the journal and author? Trying to separate real signal from forum folklore.

yo, another night-owl soda-swap person here. weirdly my liver panel moved first: ALT 38 -> 21, AST

hi, total newbie here—just finished week one, so I don’t have before/after labs yet. This thread is really helpful, thank you. I made a little spreadsheet for CMP, CBC, A1c, and lipids, and I’m also tracking resting heat rate, sleep, and water because I’m a nervous tracker. Did your labs include ALT/AST or hs-CRP? I keep seeing people mention liver enzymes and inflammation changing, but I’m not sure if that’s common or just internet noise. Sorry if that’s a silly question.
