Which product lines are actually listed, and do they publish purity, identity, and batch specs for each one? Are the COAs batch-specific and third-party tested, and can you review them before ordering? Where do they ship from, and what are typical domestic and international timelines, packaging, and cold-chain options? Do the listed prices include VAT and shipping, or are bulk and custom research quantities quoted separately? Also, what legal entity and location run the site, and can they do institutional invoicing and provide documentation? If anyone has ordered or asked them directly, I'd like to know what you found.

New here. How does their ordering process work? Do you make an account first, or can you check out as a guest? Also, do they send an order confirmation email right away? Just trying to figure out the steps before I try the site.

What payment options do they take? I see card logos, but is there e-check, bank transfer, or crypto? And does checkout require a minimum order? Prefer to know before entering details.

Ordered Tuesday and it arrived Friday, tracked the whole way. Packing was plain and sealed well. No complaints on delivery, though signature was required at my address. Your mileage may vary.

Can someone link or explain how to request the COA paperwork? I want the batch number, lab name, and test date before ordering. Do they email it, or is it posted on the product page?

I’d pump the brakes until there’s more independent feedback. A nice site and quick replies don’t prove much. Has anyone actually verified the COA directly with the lab, or is this all forum hype so far?
