First order from Peaklabpeptides, any recent feedback?

Before a group buy on Peaklabpeptides, I’m trying to pin down a few things. For BPC-157, TB-500, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu, Epithalon, KPV, and GLOW, are there batch-specific COAs for the exact lot shipping, and do they include HPLC/MS purity plus endotoxin testing? What I can find online shows COA verification by only one source—what got verified, and can I request more independent lab reports? Since they’re US-based, which domestic carriers, handling times, and packaging do they use, and do temp-sensitive items get proper controls? Do published prices include shipping, and are

I’m tracking this too. Last order arrived domestic in three days, but the COA in the box was generic. I asked for lot-matched and got a PDF next morning. Purity panel yes, endotoxin page no. Still waiting on that.

Short answer: ask before paying. If they can’t attach the exact lot COA to the invoice, I pass. Been burned by 'same peptide, different batch' once.

The directory verification thing bugs me. One source barely means anything. I want method, lab name, date, and raw chromatogram. A text line saying 'verified' is not enough.

Day 2: no reply to my email yet. I’ll update if they send the endotoxin results. Not holding my breath.

Domestic shipping was fine for me. Plain box, no signature. But that’s separate from batch docs. I care more about the lot number matching the vial.

I asked for GLOW specifically. They said COA available but only after order??? That’s backwards. Why not before?

Same. I pushed for independent reports. They offered to 'escalate' and then sent the same single-lab COA. That’s a no from me.

Has anyone actually confirmed the verification source? Name? Accreditation? I’m not trying to be difficult, just documenting.

I’ll keep a log here. If they provide lot-specific HPLC/MS plus endotoxin for the exact shipping batch, I’ll say so. Until then, I’m just watching.

Not a vendor plug, just a tracking nerd: I keep a spreadsheet with lot #, order date, and how I sleep/appetite feel for a few days. For COAs, I’d push past “purity %”—ask for the actual HPLC trace and MS spectrum, plus the LAL endotoxin method (gel clot vs kinetic chromogenic) and report ID. Also: does the lot # on the COA match the sticker/QR on the vial you actually receive? That’s where group buys usually trip. If they won’t show that, I’d wait.

yo, late-night gamer here, been burned by pretty PDFs before. ask for the raw chromatogram file, not just the COA summary—metadata often shows instrument/date. if that’s scrubbed and they won’t name the lab, i’d pass. also: does the lot # on the vial label match the COA before you pay, or only after shipment? that’s the tell for me. keeping a soda-swap log taught me i only trust stuff i can timestamp myself lol.

One thing I’d add: ask for the report ID/sample receipt date from the outside lab, so you can verify it directly on the lab’s portal rather than trusting a vendor-hosted PDF. And does the endotoxin section give a numeric result in EU/mg plus the method (kinetic chromogenic vs gel clot), or just a green “pass”? That distinction matters more to me than pretty formatting. If the organizer can share one redacted example for the exact lot, that’d be a concrete yes/no.

Chaotic mealtimes hee too—I’d want the raw chromatogram before trusting any pretty PDF. Solid ask.

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned: ask whether the COA is tied to the exact fill lot or just the raw peptide batch—those can differ. I’d want the lab’s method names too (RP-HPLC, ESI-MS, LAL endotoxin) and whether endotoxin was run on the finished vial or just the API. If they won’t let the group send one sealed vial from the shipping lot to a lab of your choosing, even if you cover it, that’s my red flag. I’ve done group buys where that transparency was the only thing that made me comfortable.

Not to pile on, but the number I rarely see is net peptide content. A 98% HPLC area can still hide water, TFA, or counterions, so I’d ask for mass balance: Karl Fischer water, residual TFA, and actual peptide mg per vial. If they’re sold as injectable-grade, is there sterility or filter integrity data too? I keep a simple batch log for my own reactions, and vague “third-party tested” doesn’t help me compare lots. Anyone seen their COAs show those fields?
