Tidelabs (tidelabs.co.uk) — anyone actually dealt with them? Just poking around their site and a few things I'd want cleared up before considering an order. First, COAs — are they provided for every batch/lot in the catalog, and do they actually include third-party lab identity, methods, and results that match the listed product and batch? Prices — how current are they? Do they include VAT, UK delivery, minimum-order or bulk terms? Shipping: what's actually confirmed — domestic vs international, carriers, dispatch/transit times, packaging, tracking? Does the catalog show live stock and full specs (purity, form, CAS, quantity), or are some things made-to-order/backordered? And is there a verifiable UK company address/registration? What's the stated policy on returns, reshipments, or documentation requests? Anyone got firsthand experience?
Got Tidelabs COAs but the batch numbers don't match
Anyone know if Tidelabs ships same day if you order before noon? Trying to time a delivery while I’m actually home. Also, do they send tracking automatically or only if you ask?
Do the COAs include batch numbers that match the vials? I’ve seen vendors post generic PDFs before, so I’m curious if these are lot-specific. Also, is HPLC or MS included?
Prices look competitive, maybe too competitive. Has anyone compared the latest list to other vendors? I’m not saying something’s off, just wondering if there’s a catch with minimums or shipping fees.
Watching this thread. Haven’t ordered yet, but the recent replies are useful. Please keep posting timelines and whether tracking actually moves. I’ll probably wait for a few more reviews.
Tidelabs sounds like a beachside lab where the only peptide is sunscreen. Following for the COA drama and hopefully not a customs love letter.
New account, first post, glowing review? Not saying it’s shill behavior, but I’ll wait for someone with history to confirm pack landed and COA matches. Cautiously watching.
Does anyone know if they ship international, and what’s the average customs success lately? Also curious if they split orders or reship. Not asking for a guarantee, just real timelines.
Can someone confirm current pricing includes shipping? And are COAs dated within the last few months? I’d rather pay a bit more for fresh testing than chase the cheapest list.
If the COA lot doesn’t match the vial lot, the only useful follow-up is: which one is authoritative? Ask for the internal lot-to-fill record or a lab portal lookup. Otherwise it’s just a PDF with good typography. I track batch, arrival date, and subjective side-effect score in a spreadsheet; a mismatched ID makes every later correlation useless. Not a purity debate, just basic traceability.
I’ve been keeping a little note on my phone for this stuff—batch, date opened, energy, walks, etc. The COA side still confuses me. What I’d want to know: does the COA have a unique lab report number you can verify directly on the testing lab’s own website, and does the sample ID match the vial batch exactly? If the vendor only sends a cropped screenshot or a PDF with their own logo, that’s a no from me. Has anyone actually emailed the named lab to confirm the report exists?
Night shifter here. First thing I check is whether the COA has a lab accreditation number and a verifiable contact, not just a logo. Screenshot COAs are worthless. Also ask if one COA covers the whole batch or each vial has its own lot — those aren’t the same thing. If they won’t send the original PDF, I’m out. I track sleep and protein, not just weight, bcause a bad week on nights can look like a bad batch. What does their COA actually list for lab name and method?
not Tidelabs-specific, but after getting a mismatched lot once, I now ask for a phoo of the vial label next to the COA page, same timestamp/lighting. If they won’t or can’t, that tells me more than any PDF. Also worth asking: does the COA show actual fill volume per vial or just purity percentage? Those are different QC checks. I’m back at it after regaining most of what I lost, so I’m weirdly picky about paperwork now. Not preaching, just sharing what’s saved me a headache.
i’m on the road 3 weeks out of 4, so my real question is whether the COA shows a fill/expiry date tied to that exact lot—not just a test date. If I’m packing for a hotel-fridge-and-airport-run stretch, a generic “tested in 2024” PDF doesn’t tell me if this batch is still in date. Has anyone asked Tidelabs for the lot-specific expiry or the client sample receipt date? That’s the bit I’d want before trusting the catalog page.
Not Tidelabs-specific, but I’ve started saving the actual PDF, not just a screenshot, because metadata can show creation date. If a COA was created months after the batch, that’s a flag for me. Also, does their site let you enter the batch number to pull the matching COA, or are they just static files? I track batch, COA link, lab report ID, and test date in a note; if any field is blank, I wait. Gentle ask: has anyone asked Tidelabs directly whether they test every lot or just periodic samples?
Ugh, mismatched lot numbers are the worst—I save the PDF and check it every time.
Not Tidelabs-specific, but I started reverse-searching the lab name + method on the COA—if that lab doesn’t even list that test on its own site, that’s a red flag. Does their COA have a QR code or report ID you can punch into the lab’s verification portal? I do this while my dorm lentils are microwaving, so it’s basically free entertainment. If the lab can’t confirm the report ID, the batch-number debate feels kinda moot.
