Hrt shipping timeline, origin, and tracking updates so far

Saw Hrt (hrt.org) mentioned a few times and want to compare notes before I spend anything. For anyone who's ordered or looked closely: does the published product catalog actually match current stock? How often do they update listed prices and availability? Are the COAs batch-specific and third-party, and can you see them before checkout, with methods, dates, and lab identities included? Also trying to pin down their stated location/shipping origin. Are carriers, packaging, transit times, and tracking policies clearly disclosed? I'm just trying to compare them against other suppliers I'm considering, so any firsthand details help.

How’s shipping lately? Domestic or overseas? Discreet packaging? I’m mostly curious about typical transit times before I even think about ordering.

Do they actually provide COAs per batch, or is it just a generic PDF from last year? I’d want to see lot numbers matching the vials.

Watching this. Not ready to pull the trigger, but curious if prices include shipping and whether there’s a minimum order.

Light skeptic here: every vendor thread starts with great reviews, then six months later it’s crickets. What’s the longest anyone here has actually used them?

One-liner: I came for the COAs and stayed for the drama. 🍿

What’s the current price range for a small order? I saw one list but it looked outdated. Also, do they ship to PO boxes?

If tracking says label created for a week, is that normal or time to worry? Just asking for a friend who hates suspense.

COA, shipping, price, stealth—can someone summarize the last 10 pages? I’m too lazy to scroll but too nosy to leave.

I track order-to-first-acceptance-scan and scan-to-door in a sheet. Across 12 orders, first-scan lag predicts a slow one way better than origin does; mine has bounced between two hubs, so the listed origin seems mostly cosmetic. Sharp follow-up: does anyone else see that first acceptance scan flip regions, or is yours consistently one hub? Also, do weekend orders add a flat +2 days for you, or is that just noise in my n=12?

Label-created limbo is the worst—meanwhile my cafe display is just sitting there tempting me. 😅

honestly label-created limbo: my tracking refresh finger is getting more exercise than me lol

Label-created limbo is brutal—mine sat so long I started naming the tracking number.

I did a test cart last week: two items showed “in stock,” but the price on one had changed from a screenshot I took 10 days earlier—no update date anywhere. The COA link was also a generic PDF, not tied to a lot. I asked support which lot they’d ship and got a vague “should be fine.” Has anyone actually gotten a third-party COA with a matching batch/lot before checkout? That’s the main thing holding me back.

label-created limbo gang—my tracking number has seen more acton than my meal plan 😅

Not a shipping answer, but the COA part is what I’d pin down. When I poked around last month, there was a batch/lot selector, but the actual PDFs weren’t visible until account creation. Has anyone who ordered confirmed the lot number on the delivered box matches the COA? And does the report show a real third-party lab name and test date, or just a generic summary? That’s my personal dealbreaker before spending—tracking can wobble, but batch traceability shouldn’t.

Not a shipping answer, but I’ve started logging order date, first scan, delivery, and the batch number from the label in a note. The annoying part is origin: one order came from a domestic address, another had a totally different return city. Has anyone else seen the origin shift, or does it stay consistent for a given item? Trying to figure out if that’s normal or if I should brace for customs delays. Back at it after regaining, so I’m weirdly obsessive about tracking this stuff now.

One thing I’d pin down before ordering: domestic vs international fulfillment. My last package had a USPS label cut in NJ, but the first real scan was NY four days later—origin ZIP told me more than the carrier did. Also, tracking populated in the portal ~48h before any email. If a vendor won’t state ship-from region and typical carrier handoff time, their timeline estimates are basically vibes.

My spreadsheet now has a “still waiting” tab 😅

i’d add a column for courier origin and whether the first scan is an actual acceptance scan or just “label created.” Mine sat at label created for 72h, then jumped to a regional hub two states away—so the listed origin wasn’t the fulfillment node. Also watch for “in transit” going silent after a sort facility; that’s usually a handoff or customs delay, not necessarily loss. Has anyone gotten weekend scans, or does it reliably stall Friday night? That changes how I read a quiet tracking page.

One thing I didn’t see mentioned: signature requirement. My last package needed one, I missed it twice, and it sat at the access point over a weekend, adding four days. Now I check tracking for “signature required” and reroute to a pickup spot as soon as that option appears. Also, does anyone know if orders split when one item is backordered, or does the whole thing wait? That’s the part that always messes with my expectations. I’m trying to just note the delays instead of refreshing every hour.

Honestly, i’ve learned from the old shipping megathreads: screenshot the listing + COA the day you order. I’ve seen batch numbers quietly change during restocks, and that timestamp settled a “which batch did
